Adult version: This risotto is lovely with pan-fried Chorizo on top. For 2 adults use about 100 g of Chorizo cut in 2 mm pieces. Don’t use oil for frying and dry the fried pieces on a sheet of kitchen paper before sprinkling over the risotto. Suitable for re-heating and freezing. ----- About this blog This blog is about family cooking.
