Another “what shall I do with the veggie box content?”. This is a lovely beef ragout made from minced meat with lots of chopped seasonal vegetables. We had it with gnocchi today and my boys just gobbled it down but I think jacket potatoes would be lovely too. Feel free to also add any root vegetables left-overs from your fridge. |

Steak Tortilla Wraps
|

We loved this. In our case, mum and dad usually got a delicious steak wrap while little Max enjoyed my simplest and quickest version of pizza. However, it didn’t take long until Max started picking out the steak from our wraps. They grow up so quickly! |

Super Soft Mushroom Meatballs
| Everyone loves meatballs. Here’s a great recipe for smuggling in some vitamins for your little ones. This time we had them with mashed potatoes but they are also great with rice or oven chips. |

Peanut Butter Beef Stew
| My friend Betty sent me one of her favourite family recipes. It’s a lovely beef stew using every kid’s (and grown up kid’s) favourite sandwich filling, peanut butter. We all loved it, you must try this! |

Boiled Beef with Root Vegetables and Fried Potatoes
| Definitely worth the effort I used to cook this quite a lot because it’s very quick to prepare and can be cooked the night before. Max had it for the first time today and he really loved all of it. You’ll also get a lovely beef stock, which we usually have as a beef noodle soup the following day. |

Traditional Beef Goulash
A simple and tasty Austrian-Hungarian classic. It takes some time to cook but is ideal for re-heating. In fact, it’s even better if enjoyed the next day.
